Getting Started
MYLO should ship with a partial charge though it may have been depleted over time. Before first use, charge your device for a full two hours.
Using MYLO
MYLO features five user-friendly buttons: a power button in the center for turning the device on/off, two buttons (▲/▼) to cycle through modes/patterns, and two additional buttons (+/-) for increasing or decreasing intensity, for personalized pleasure.
Charging
For MYLO to charge, make sure the charging plug is fully inserted into the device's port. The light will fade in and out when is charging and it will shine brightly when complete. We recommend charging via a USB adapter (1A minimum) plugged in to a wall outlet.
Charging time: To reach a full charge will take between 1.5–2 hours.
Runtime: At highest speed: 1–1.5 hours. At lowest speed: 1.5–2 hours.
MYLO is powered by a rechargeable LiPo (Lithium Polymer) battery. The device's battery (like all rechargeable batteries) becomes less effective with usage. If used weekly, we recommend replacing every year. If used more frequently, we recommend replacing sooner. To preserve the lifespan of your battery, charge fully after each use.
Clean your MYLO before and after every use. Use unscented soap and water or any silicone-friendly cleaner.
Store in your included MYLO satin dust pouch or separately from other toys—sex toys of different materials can damage each other if left in contact.
Keep away from extreme cold or heat. MYLO is water-resistant and can be used in the shower and bath. It should not be fully submerged.

Can i use spot with lubricant?
Yes, we recommend using MYLO with any water-based lubricant of your choice. Avoid use with silicone or oil-based lubricants as it will degrade your device's silicone exterior.

Purchases made directly from Sens via sensmylo.com may be returned within 72 hours of receipt for a refund in the form of a website credit, which never expires. Credits are for the price of the product, and do not include the cost of shipping. SENS warrants this pleasure object for a period of TWO (2) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the pleasure object. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
Any attempt to open or take apart the pleasure object (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If you discover a defect and notify SENS during the warranty period, SENS will, at its discretion, replace the pleasure object free of charge.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence of the date of claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period.
To claim your warranty, you must log in to your account at SENSMYLO.COM then select the option to make a warranty claim. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way.

Where are your toys made?
Our vibrators are all made in China. We have a very close working relationship with our vendors. Our engineering team visits them in person several times a year, and we can see first-hand that their practices are safe, ethical, and environmentally-friendly!
What material are your vibes made of?
All of our vibrators are made of medical-grade silicone and ABS plastic. We do not recommend using silicone-based lubricants with our silicone toys, as they can have a negative reaction with each other.
What do your products come with?
All of our vibrators come with a USB charging cable, user manual and a storage bag. Wall adapters are not included for any of our products.
